If I had 8 hours to chop down a tree, I would spend 6 hours sharpening my axe.

Goal is a dream with deadline and the difference between dream and goal is action. Having a definite goal is very important in your life. Setting a goal is like setting an immediate or long term destination on your SUCCESS journey. A definite goal gives your life purpose, direction, and meaning. They shape your life choices, help you build toward the future, and give you a sense of control and hope. Goal setting improves our everyday action and decision making. Without definite goal, we tend to become scattered in our thoughts and less important actions. Setting a definite goal gives you vision and motivation.
